Since its first appearance at ProWine China in 2016, the Champagne Lounge sets itself as a prime venue for business matching between exhibitors and buyers who did not fail to notice this exclusive champagne showcase within the fair.

As every other Champagne Lounge, everything is arranged to host the trade buyers in the best possible conditions whilst the themed tastings given by renowned professionals are further enhancing the unique characteristic of this champagne dedicated showcase.

Whilst China is coming 19th of champagne foreign markets (volume figures, CIVC source), the Champagne Lounge and its rich tastings and seminars program are meeting the demand of a rapidly changing market.

Organised by Messe Düsseldorf upon the model of ProWein Düsseldorf, the leading wine and spirits trade fair worldwide, the 7th edition of ProWine China in Shanghai in 2019 brought 820 exhibitors together coming from 37 countries (121 french companies) while drawing the attention of 20.640 trade visitors with 80% coming from outside Shanghai.
