Our Champagne House
Our estate is located in Pierry, Premier Cru village. Today the third generation produces champagnes dedicated to their terroirs. Our vineyard is spread on 8 villages around Epernay, with the majority of Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking is natural and unpretentious, the tanks and barrels are adapted to the profile of each wine. We invite you to discover our style through our 8 different wines.
True identity of the wine, our terroir leads our choice of winemaking. We use small vertical presses of 4000kg to separate the juices from each parcels.
The fermentations are taking place in stainless steel tanks, "foudres", small barrels, and concrete eggs. The slow "prise de mousse" occurs in our cellars, then our champagnes go through an aging of 2 to 5 years before riddling and disgorging.
The dosage is adjusted according to the wines and their maturity, to accompany their balance. Finally they stay at least 3 months in our cellars before selling.
